Terms and Conditions

Security Deposit will be refunded within 5 days of check out if no damage. If there is a damage claim, host will notify guest within 1 day after checkout with description and pictures. Host may need up to 5 days to determine damage amount prior to finalizing any refund. Guest will abide by all house rules listed in the following listing https://www.airbnb.com/h/chezhammah. If guest does not follow house rules they are subject to loss of deposit and immediate eviction.
